Can other people in the community input their deductions on charity? Every time I try it says there is a snag and to try again in a few minutes, how do I do this?

I can enter the Charity name, but when I try to enter the Money amount it gives me an error that says a snag has happened and to try again in a few minutes. I have tried for weeks .. multiple times. Same thing happens with deduction on car fees?? HELP..I need to add my deductions too!!!

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies if you are using TurboTax Online, and reopen TurboTax.  You can also try a different browser.

Also, make sure you have ran all updates.
