Alredy to file taxes, paid, all I had to do was send. I pressed continue and was asked to input my 2024 AGI. Had to sign out to get my 2024 taxes and AGI. Went back to 2025 taxes and turbo tax would not let me in to my file. Already received two emails from turbo tax saying my taxes are completed but never sent in.

If you cannot login to your return, try the following:

1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies to remove pre-filled, incorrect, or corrupted login information.
2. Open a private browsing window and try logging in to bypass extension conflicts.
3. If you've forgotten your User ID, use the Intuit Account Recovery Tool to search by email or phone number.
4. Switch to Chrome, Firefox, or Edge if your current browser isn't working.
5. If using desktop, try running it as an administrator.
