Can my dependant file a tax return

I claimed my college student daughter as a dependant.  She worked summer and made $5050 dollars and had $165 witheld for fed.  how does she get that back?

she files a return for her earnings, but you also include her on yours as a dependent. She didn't make more 9999.00, so she is still eligible to be your dependent.
