I have full custody of my son And have papers saying I do and the papers also say he is not aloud to claim him. We have lived with my boyfriend for over a year. And he supports us 100%  because I do not work

Yes he can, the dependant status only applies to the fact that you were supported by someone else's income

Yes, because it you supported by another person. It doesnt matter that you are married or not. Your boyfriend should claim head of household and the two of you to maximize his refund. Be sure to provide your doucmentation to your tax professional as well or keep them for your records.

Your husband cannot claim your son or you because he did not support you financially. That being said the lease agreement or just the fact you recieve your mail at another location should be suffiencient.
