Your 2016 and 2015 return can still be paper-filed using TurboTax. Simply purchase the software and install it on your computer. TurboTax Online is not available for prior-year tax returns.

Yes.  You can tranfer from the prior year but only before you start the 2016 return.  Or you can start over to transfer.
