Returns have not came through.Virginia has just denied me trying to figure out what's going on

TurboTax gets no information from the IRS or your state after you file your tax return.    If there is a problem with your state refund, you need to contact the state.   If the state changed your refund or seized the refund, the state will send you a letter to explain.
