Can I use TurboTax if I am an asylum seeker?

As an asylum seeker, you are a nonresident alien and you cannot use TurboTax to file your tax return. TurboTax only prepares tax returns for US citizens and resident aliens.

If you have income in the US and are required to file a tax return, you can file a tax return using our partner Sprintax.
