I registered an LLC in Wisconsin to do some independent side work but due to health issues, nothing was ever done with the LLC. It exists in name only and no income or expenses were ever associated with it. I am wondering since it is in actuary a non-entity to myself, can I just file my taxes using the Turbo Tax Deluxe as in previous years, or must I still use the Home and Business and just state the obvious that I never used the LLC.

When using the CD/download product installed on your computer, all versions have all the same forms. You can use Deluxe as in previous years. If you need more guidance for how to complete the Schedule C for a disregarded entity, you can choose Home and Business but it is not required.
