Can I use my mailing address on my tax return if my home address is different?

My mailing address is in Canton, OH at my parents. I live in Columbus, OH. Which address do I use?

• You normally use the address you can receive mail at, which is usually where you live. However if for some reason you do not want to receive mail at your Columbus address, for instance you are only living there temporarily and will move back to Canton then you would use that one.
