No, your paystub does not have the correct information to file a return.  You need to wait until you get your W2.  The IRS gets copies of all W2's & if your information on your return is not what is on the W2, then your return & refund can be delayed.

 

The IRS is not even accepting returns at this time.  Not to mention it is way to early to file, things can still change for the 2020 filing season.

NO.  You cannot use a paystub on a 2020 tax return.  It will not have the correct information.  You will have to use the W-2 provided by your employer,.

Employers have until 02/01/2021 to provide the 2020 W-2
