Can I use 1040EZ form if I have a 1099 Misc

No you cannot use a 1040EZ to enter 1099-MISC income. It requires form 1040. If the income is in box 7, you must upgrade to Deluxe to enter it. If you have associated expenses, you must upgrade to Self Employed to enter the expenses.
