What? If you already e-filed you cannot change anything now. What do you mean by "after submitting but before filing?"

I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do.

You are in the Free version, and you will not be able to view or print your forms.

You can however, Clear and Start Over,

On the side bar select Tools
Then Tax Tools
On the dropdown menu select Clear & Start Over

or just open a new account and delete the original one.
