What income are you wanting to report that would be reported on bank statements?  Please clarify.

Have you received IRS form 1099-INT, IRS form 1099-INT and IRS form 1099-B from your bank?  Information from those forms may be entered by hand.

In TurboTax Online, follow these steps to enter the income:

  • Down the left side of the screen, click on Federal.
  • Down the left side of the screen, click on Wages & Income.
  • Click the down arrow to the right of Investments and Savings.
  • Click to the right of Interest on 1099-INT.
  • At the screen Let's finish pulling in your investment income, Click Add investments.
  • At the screen Let's import your tax info, select Enter a different way.
  • At the screen OK, let's start with one investment type, select Interest or Dividends.
