 You can contact TurboTax by following the steps below:

  1. Log into your return and continue it
  2. Click on the help icon in the upper right corner
  3. Click on Contact us (See the screenshot below)
  4. Give an explanation of what the problem with your return is i.e. you need a refund for overcharges.
  5. Select "Get a callback"
  6. Enter your telephone number, name and e-mail (See the second screenshot below)
  7. Click on the Call me button  (Just below the Call me button, you will see an estimate of the wait time for your call back.)
