Yes, you can deduct mileage driven for qualifying charities under the IRS. The rate is 14 cents per mile driven in service of charitable organizations.

It will need to be entered as a mileage donation within ItsDeductible.

In TurboTax, please do the following:

• Type "Charitable Contributions" in the Search box and hit Enter
• Click on "Jump to Charitable Contributions"
• Answer (click on) Yes to the question "Did you make any donations to charity in 2016?"
• Start, Edit, or Add a Charity
• On the "Let's enter your donations one at a time" Enter the Charity and click on Add next to
  "Mileage and travel expenses" 
• Enter your mileage and travel expenses for your charity and click Done with this donation
