To the turbo tax employee, you mentioned to contact credit karma Customer support. I honestly wish this relationship with you was never even considered however we are here and they aren't doing anything to help us. I too am having an issue with verification of identity. I too have a credit karma account to monitor my score etc. It infuriated me to know they would assign me a account allow me to dispute credit issues and contact me with concerns via email BUT they can't verify I am who I say I am. They refuse to help amd they are telling all of us or me at least that I need turbo tax to resolve this issue. why, what do they expect you to do. I am highly going to have to consider going to another tax software like HR Block after 2 decades of filing with turbo tax. You are going to be losing a ton of business because of this. There's 100s to 1000s of people having this issue. And sadly they have no way to reach out. There's no contact information and they claim I am not eligible for a US Bank account WHY. I've had turbo tax bank accounts no problem cash app no problem paypal no problem but this company absolutely will not help us. I am so upset over this issue. Please please reconsider this company before you all lose all your returning customers especially those that need a card to deposit funds or want the refund advance because we're all getting denied. I was even provided a link to submit docs to verify ID but the link doesn't work after sending 1 photo and they require 4images it's 2 ID forms needed and an image of the front and back of each item must be sent. But after sending the front I can't send the back bc the link takes 1 item per submission but once you hit send and submit the link will no longer work bc its secured amd expires after 3 days. Or I guess after submission it isn't usable but again I can only loaf 1 image at a time. This is ludicrous its taken all week a d I'm still waiting PLEASE HELP US ASAP.
And reconsider this arrangement going forward.

I understand your entire frustration and I told them the same thing. Maybe TurboTax has so many clients that they couldn't care less about losing a few thousand or more. But it's certainly coming, as of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1... beginning with me.🥰 Happier times are coming.!🕊️
