Can I still file the 2019 return online? I started it online and had all the information but did not finish but now when I log in I don't see any of my information

No. Online TurboTax is only available for the current year, 2020.

I hit this problem maybe 8 years ago. I had completed everything except a foreign dividend. 

I contacted Intuit, by email and eventually by phone.

"Everything is deleted and not recoverable".

It is, but they don't have a selective parameter, so you're screwed. 

Helen's reply above - try the link you might be lucky. I had to re-enter everything again - but this time through the locally installed software. I have not used the  online version ever again.
