Can I still file my 2019 Federal Return Electronically ?

How can I file my 2019 Federal return electronically?  I have already prepared it on Turbo Tax Desktop.

No.  E-filing for 2019 ended in October of last year.   The return will need to be mailed, but TurboTax will print all of the instructions and addresses you need.   Go through the filing screens and use the file by mail option.   It is going to take a long while to process, but you can e-file your 2020 return.   The IRS will use whatever return you filed last for stimulus payments.  For more info, click here.

I did that in November and it still hasn't been processed.

Please make sure the IRS received your return. You might need to print it out and send to the IRS. 

To check status of your tax return:

1. Use the IRS Where's My Refund tool.  Where's My Refund?
2. Calling the IRS at 1-800-829-1040
3. Viewing your IRS account information.
