Can I still file electronically even if I have to file a form 709 Or should I just mail my return

You can e-file normally your tax return with TurboTax.

Form 709 is the gift tax return which has to be filed separately from your tax return. Form 709 is not supported by TurboTax.

Separately, do you mean we can mail just the 709 to irs?
