Can I still add an IP PIN number to my return if it has been submitted? Turbo Tax did not ask me for my husband's PIN number. I'm worried our return will be rejected.

If you had omitted your IP PIN when E-filing, most likely it will get rejected noting that the IP PIN is missing.  At that point you will be able to enter in the PIN's and resubmit the return electronically.  IP PIN entry point in TurboTax is under Federal>Other Tax situations >other return info
