Can I re-install a 2020 desktop version if I get 603 error?

my old computer died and I have a copy of the exe file and my activation code, but gives me a 603 error(all activation used) and it is me !!

there is NO email nor phone support that goes to a human.

when I got to a human, we were on the phone for one hour

first level support needed to go to 2nd level support

I was given an activation code that did NOT work

it was suggested I download again, which I did

support said they would check back next day and did NOT

I installed the download which updated the existing = did NOT work

deleted TurboTax 2020 from my PC and tried again = NO GO ☹️

PLEASE send me a code that will work = THANKS

and have a Happy Easter Weekend 😄
