Yes, you can purchase and download a copy of TurboTax for 2017. To do this:

Go to the TurboTax website.
Click Products & Pricing.
Select Previous years' products from the menu.
On the next screen you will see a list and description of the 2018 products.
Click Buy Now under the product you want to purchase and follow the instructions on the screen.

Yes. Type turbotax 2017 in your web browser and mulitple sites will show...pick one and read what is available to ensure you're getting what you need.
