On March 9, 2020, I contacted Intuit for support with my Premier SOFTWARE (Case # 45779120). I had excellent support from Support Agent Angela, Triple A Plus for Angela. I have use Turbo Tax for several years and have highly recommended it to friends. Thank you for allowing me to comment in this manner as I was interrupted when filling out your online comment form and when I returned to the email from you, I was informed that I had either completed the form or timed out. Angela’s performance, knowledge, demeanor and customer service was so outstanding, I cannot fail in providing comment. Again, thank you. Charles
