If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, and if your Federal refund has been delayed unusually long at the IRS (or if it's been reduced), TurboTax will want to be paid. They should have started sending you emailed bills to pay. If you didn't respond by either paying or asking for a deferment, they would ultimately debit your bank account. If you didn't get the emails, check other email accounts and also the spam/junk folders.
You may be able to ask for a postponement if you follow the directions in the email you received under "Payment Options." Or by using the directions in this FAQ to phone TurboTax Support. Scroll down to the paragraph that says "Can I delay the auto-debit date?"
NOTE: You must request this deferral no later than 12:00 PM PT on the Thursday prior to the original debit date.
