Can I please get the number I PAID for to talk to a tax expert. I paid a premium price to be able to call and get advice anytime throughout the year. I need to get the number. I am so disappointed that this has taken me HOURS... to try and get a simple phone number in which I PAID to have. I bought Turbo Tax Live Premium in 2023. If I don't get help, I am forced to tell everyone not to buy anything extra on your services as you don't do what you promised. Thanks
@Andrea1 No one on this user forum can assist you in contacting a Tax Expert. Nor are there individual phone numbers for each Tax Expert.
You have to contact the Tax Expert using the procedure outlined in the TurboTax support FAQ in the previous answer.
What happens when you use this procedure when using the TurboTax online editions? -
The directions do not work because I'm not preparing my taxes right now. I already did them for 2023. Turbo Tax advertises that throughout the year, I can ask questions if I bought the extra product. So, no, the link is not helpful at all and doesn't work. Can you help me another way?
Even though you completed the 2022 tax return, you can still go back to the 2022 return and then use the procedure to contact a Tax Expert.
To access your current year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2022 online tax return.
