If you are to receive a Federal Refund and owe State you will be able to pay your taxes due using your debit card.

In the File Section, Step 2 you will be asked how you want to pay your taxes Due.

Credit/.Debit card is one of the options.

If you have already e-filed

You may need to contact your State taxing agency's website to pay your Taxes Due using a Debit Card.

They may charge and additional convenience fee.
