Can I pay taxes on matured CD before end of year?

I'm retired and I have a CD that will mature on the 19th of Dec 2024.  Interest accrued will be over $15,000.00 and I want to pay taxes this year so I don't have to pay estimated taxes next year.  Can I make an early payment to the IRS and if so, how do I do that?
