Can I log out of turbo tax and log back in to get my returns I need to mail in? I completed them at a site that does not have a printer, is it doable?

TurboTax Online saves your info after every screen.   You can come and go during return preparation and finish/file later.   To leave, go to the left menu column, and down at the bottom click on Sign Out.

Why are you filing by printing and mailing instead of efiling?   We might be able to help you efile.
