Can I import personal information and return from 2016 into my 2018 software (I didn't use turbotax for 2017 filing)?

Sorry no.  You can only transfer from the immediate prior year, so from 2017.  Where did you do 2017.  You might be able to transfer something.

Thank you! I didn't think so, but thought I'd ask. We had a CPA do our taxes last year since we had some bizarre circumstances in 2017.
