Form 4684, Casualty Loss and Theft Worksheet requires identification on individual items lost. Is there a way to import Form specific data I have in an spreadsheet: for each item lost: description, date of acquisition, basis, insurance reimbursement amount, FMV below loss, FMV after loss?
