Can i have two payment plans with IRS

I have a payment plan with IRS for 2016 taxes.  Then I found out last month that I owe more taxes from 2015.  Can I have another payment plan for the 2015 tax? Or combine both into one payment plan?

Yes, you can request another payment plan from the IRS for 2015.  You can also request that both tax bills be combined into one payment plan, although the IRS may not agree.
