Can I get someone to help me log out of an online account so I can access my turbotax home and business account? I am desperate

I have apparently inadvertently opened an online account I no longer use, and I can't get out of it.  Because it is still running, I cannot access my turbotax account on my desktop.
I have turned off my computer and turned it back on

That should not matter.  Online is not on your computer.  You log into Online using your web browser.  You can be logged in online and use the Desktop CD/Download program at the same time.  Just close your browser.

Did you install Home & Business ok?  And enter the License Code to activate it?  Where are you stuck?  Do you have the Turbo Tax Desktop icon on your Desktop?  What happens when you click on it?  Windows or Mac?
