What problem are you having? Please post a full question with details.
Problem I'm having is that apparently Intuit or somebody isn't interested in changing my phone number to my old account. The one I primarily use to file taxes with. I'm not filing anything with this account. I've talked with 4 agents, they all claimed to have done something for me but I haven't seen proof. No e-mail. No survey. Nothing and I watch things like a freaking hawk so I'm not going insane by claiming I'm seeing nothing when there's something.
Why is it so hard for these agents to do ONE thing? Just ONE.
Wow you posted a bunch of new separate posts. Have you tried account recovery?
It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.
You can also request a transcript from the IRS

I've done that form several times all day yesterday. Reached the maximum attempts for the day after like...once. It's supposed to reset for 24 hours but that's a lie since it hasn't done that for me at all today and it's been 2 days since the last time.
I've taken pictures of my ID, many times. I'm done messing with it because it's so finicky that it's not a guarantee that I'll make it through every time going through this method.
All I want, is for my phone number to be changed on the old account. That way, codes can be sent to it and I wouldn't have to be fighting so much through all of this. I don't know why this is so trivial to understand.
