Can I get it loaded from here? using any info from the disk?

I purchased a 2017 deluxe disk..went to load it into my 2011macpro..would not load..said I need to up grade to OS X10.11..There is no longer that level..can upgrade..the message says to download from online..don't wish to pay trying to down load?..How can I get it down loaded without more cost?..is there a disk number or something? Thanks

Call TurboTax and they will send to your online TT account a download. You will need the CD box ID.

TurboTax Online

  1. Sign in to TurboTax Online if you're not already signed in.
  1. Select Help (the "question mark" bubble) in the upper-right corner, and then Contact us.
  2. Enter your question, select Continue, and then follow the onscreen instructions to call us, get a callback, or schedule a call (options vary depending on your question).
  • Free Edition (without PLUS): When you select Talk to a specialist, you'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.

The above is the best and most efficient way for you to connect with the right person so that you can get the help you need. But if you still require assistance, you can contact us on (800) 446-8848.
