Can I get another code for CD download?

I bought a CD but my laptop doesn't have a CD drive. So I requested a code for a download. There was an error occurred when I was trying to get the download. But the code can be used only once. Can I get another code for a download?

Call turbo tax and a representative will help you get the download.  They were great and stayed on the phone until I had completed the download.

it'a automated system answering the phone. I don't see an option to have a representative.
