Can I get a Sch K-1 Removed from my tax return because it downloaded from TDAmeratrade with my 1099B and I never owned the stock?

first contact TD to see why a k-1 was downloaded if you never owned it.  that K-1 gets filed with the IRS so if not corrected you can expect a notice from the IRS and even possibly a delay in your refund.
