Can I get a refund!

I was charged the live feature by mistake. I didn’t want to sign up to the live feature and there was no way for me to cancel it unless I started over my tax return. Help! Thanks!

why did you choose not to start over ?

I spent over 5 hours on filling out my tax return. Starting over and losing all the info I filled out is not efficient.
