The Federal return Form 1040A was discontinued as of tax year 2018.   We don't understand your issue.   Please ask it another way with some detail, but do not provide any personal info in this public forum.

Or is your question in regards to a state return?  If so, what state?

Please clarify your question by providing some additional information so we may better help you.  Such as; What version of TurboTax are you using? What are you trying to do in TurboTax? What screen are you on? What is it asking you? Have you already filed your tax return? Are you looking for a prior-year tax return?
