The Federal return Form 1040A was discontinued as of tax year 2018. We don't understand your issue. Please ask it another way with some detail, but do not provide any personal info in this public forum.

Or is your question in regards to a state return? If so, what state?

What screen are you on? What is it asking you? Have you already filed your tax return? Are you looking for a prior-year tax return?
