I'm not a US citizen but considered a resident for tax purposes since I lived in the US for 5 years.

Since considered a resident for tax purposes you can use TurrboTax.

Thanks for the answer. The problem is Turbotax does not accept my international credit card and also I cannot use the federal refund option to pay for the fees since I don't have a US address anymore. Should I just replace my existing foreign address with my old US address?
