Social Security sends out their SSA-1099 form, They don't issue W2's.
You can probably download it from their website if it didn't come in the mail.
You can, but if social security is your only income, you probably do not need to file a tax return. But if you are required to file a tax return, you don't need a W-2 and yes, you can enter your 1099-SSA into TurboTax.
Do I need to file a federal return this year?
