If you are asking if you have to purchase the "Turbo Tax audit defense" or if you have to pay for a turbo Tax Pro to help you, no you do not. You can complete all the turbo tax questions yourself. Depending upon your situation you may have to pay $25 to file your state form electronically or you might have to pay for the more complex version of TurboTax. But you can answer all the questions yourself if you are comfortable doing so. Hope it goes smoothly.
