Yes, the IRS will accept either.

According to the IRS:

Taxpayers or Tax Professionals can use certain private delivery services designated by the IRS to meet the "timely mailing as timely filing/paying" rule for tax returns and payments. These private delivery services include only the following:

SO the address for Private delivery services is different from the regular USPS one..?

The link is for the acceptable carriers. The mailing addresses would be different since the carriers are not allowed to deliver to a PO Box.

My Turbo Tax documents says I shuld post the return to IRS, Fresno CA xxxxx-xxxx but the link you sent has this address 5045 East Butler Avenue, Fresno, CA 93727. Which one should I use if I am sending my documents via Fedex overnight services..?

You would use the 5045 address. There are 5 offices. Each has a PO Box for use when mailing through the U.S.P.S. and a street addresses for all other acceptable carriers. Please use the east Butler address for FedEx.
