No. That is an IRS limit.

i usually buy one turbo tax cd and download in my computer and efile 5 returns i give cd to a friend and they efile 5 tax returns can you do that with entering a activation key

No.  When you purchase the CD/download   you get five federal e-files.  Period.  Any more than five, you print, sign and mail them.
