My taxs place only filed my federal and not my state from 2019 I recently just found out from the state

You can't use Turbotax. 2019 online prep is permanently closed, and the desktop app can't be updated nor are state returns available

It might be best to go back to your tax prep place

There may be other online services that allow preparation, but you would have to recreate 2019 federal return from scratch (most apps require the federal to be completed to prepare a state return) and you won't be able to e-file the state. If you are due a refund and the state rules are the same as the federal, then you have forfeited it for filing so late. if you owe you can expect a bill for penalties and interest.
