Can I file form 1065 online if this is the first time filing? My tax got rejected saying the EIN and name do not match the ones in IRS, but they seem correct to me.

Yes you can prepare and file a form 1065 Partnership tax form in TurboTax.

You will have to double check your original partnership documents to confirm the name and EIN.
The TurboTax software will not help with that.
