Can I file another extension since I missed the deadline? I'm in a disaster zone.

There are no second extensions.  If you requested an extension on your federal tax return and live in a federally designated disaster area then you have until January 31, 2018 to file your 2016 tax return without penalty.

Any federal income taxes owed were to be paid on April 18, 2017 to avoid a late payment penalty and interest on the unpaid taxes.

TT Online and efile have been taken down, so you will need to use the Desktop software, and file by mail.
