Can I file a gift tax return (709) on turbo tax?

Form 709 is a gift tax return and not an income tax return, therefore TurboTax does not support this. The forms and instructions can be obtained by using the links below.

The gift tax return is required to be filed if you have gifted $15,000 or more in 2021. This is going to be raised for 2022, to $16,000.

I need to do my uncles taxes for him. Every time I sign in to turbo tax it takes me to the return I completed for my mother. How do I get back to a different return?
