Can I file 8379 and e file ?

Yes, you may include a Form 8379, Injured Spouse Allocation, with your e-filed tax return. (However, if you have already e-filed your tax return, you'll need to mail the 8379 to the IRS.) Please see the FAQ below for instructions.
