State of California is asking that I file 540NR return for 2021, can I do it on your site?

TurboTax does not have a standalone state tax return program.  You would need to purchase and download one of the TurboTax desktop editions of tax year 2021.  Then complete the federal tax return as originally filed.  The federal tax data will flow to the state return.  Then complete the state tax return.

A 2021 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed using TurboTax.
